W. Todd Pierson, N.D. is an associate professor and curriculum expert for Logan University’s Physician Assistant Program. Todd earned his Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois University (SIU) and then attended Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (now Sonoran University) in Tempe, Arizona, where he graduated in 2001 with this Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree.
Todd has also been an associate professor at the Southern Illinois School of Medicine for more than 20 years, with most of that time teaching at the SIU Physician Assistant Program. Some of the courses Todd teaches include clinical anatomy, integrated science, point of care ultrasound and physician exam courses. In addition, he coordinated and taught in the school’s anatomy lab. Todd has been in private practice for more than a decade, specializing in complementary and holistic medicine.
